In addition to a broad product offering, they have one of the largest global sales and service organizations among precision instrument companies. Product Management for UV/VIS Product line with focus on Marketing: - Responsibility for the marketing, maintenance and development of the UV/VIS Excellence product line - Develop and execute appropriate sales & marketing activities to secure annual DPC growth target of UV/VIS Excellence instrument line. - Monitor UV/VIS marketing campaign execution in MT sales organizations in close collaboration with AnaChem market managers in the respective countries. Introduce Products to the market organization - Develop market introduction plan defining all activities and tools required for market launch - Define and develop promotion material (including multi-media elements) together with supporting agencies General Marketing task Communication - Write articles for Segment News, Global E-Newsletters, UserCom, White papers etc. - Keep internet and extranet content updated - Keep promotion material updated Competition - Competition analysis: monitor competitors, evaluate impact of new competitor products/marketing activities. Develop counter arguments and actions. International market - Regular observation and analysis of market changes and customer requirements (desktop research) Trainings / Seminars - Participate a regular international WebEx to share information with our MO's Required Skills: - Industry- specific knowledge concerning analytical workflow requirements, including regulations, especially in Pharma, Chemistry, Food and Beverage - Marketing skills concerning positioning and marketing of technical products, content marketing generation and implementation into web-based marketing campaigns - SAP - PLM experience preferred - Practical lab skills, especially quantitative chemcial analysis - UV/VIS-, Fluorescence-, Raman spectroscopy - Practical experience with Adobe products Photoshop, InDesign and all relevant Windows programs
