Tipo de Atividade: Lab experiments with o Reversal Nanopimprint Lithographieo Roll-to-Plate Nanoimprint Lithography and o functional Multilayer InkJet Printing (esp. with electrical conductive material) Additive Manufacturing is a key technique for individualized and functional products. We will intensify its re-search activities in the field of additive micro and nano manufacturing and focuses on hybrid production processes. One of these hybrid production processes is additive inkjet printing. Inkjet or digital printing is a widely used technique for decorative printing. Additionally, inkjet printing of functional ma-terials (like conductive, semiconducting, ?) has a broad range of interesting applications. To build up complex func-tional devices it is however necessary to not only print one single layer but to stack multiple layers on top of each oth-er, i.e. to perform additive manufacturing ? 3D printing ? with the inkjet printer. We are a private, applied research company located in Steyr. We conduct research in the field of industrial assistive systems and additive micro/nano manufacturing. Our team consists of around 70 employees from 15 differ-ent academic fields. We work across disciplines to find solutions for the manufacturing industry and set standards in robotics, machine vision, simulation, 3D printing, functional surfaces and nanostructures. Our tasks The goal of the thesis is - to investigate the printing behavior of different selected inks when printed on top of each other, considering es-pecially the influence of possible treatments (thermal, UV) that have to be performed before switching to an-other ink.- a demonstrator device should be set up to show a simple multilayer architecture of conductive and insulating lines possibly including LED light sources (not inkjet printed). The work relates to the ANIIPF project at PROFACTOR (Additive Nanoimprinting and Inkjet Printing on Freeform sur-faces).
